House of Wax is excited to announce our very first Poetry/Spoken Word Open Mic event: "TALK TO STRANGERS"!

Participation is fully voluntary. There will be a sign-up sheet for those who would like speak. You can read us your personal work, or just read a poem you like!

The vent is free to attend, but donations are encouraged. Please bring along any of the follow to donate:

- Canned foods

- Toiletries

- Pads/Tampons

- Pantry Supplies (beans, rice, noodles, flour, etc.)

- Clean Clothes

- Diapers

- Cleaning Supplies
